ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & TRUSTEE ELECTION: May 8th, 2023

GID’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING to be held on Monday May 8th @ 7pm at the GID office: #611 16th Ave

Now accepting nominations for two 3-year Trustee terms (2023-2026). Please contact GID for Trustee Nomination forms. 

Trustees & Voters must meet the following requirements: Canadian citizen, 18 years of age or older, a resident of the province of BC for the prior 6 months, an owner of land within the district or an authorized agent by a board or corporation that owns land in the district. Eligible voters must attend the election and vote in person. Voting hours will be 9:30am-7:30pm (local time).  The polling station will be located at the GID office.

Trustee candidates must declare their willingness to stand as a Trustee by completing a nomination form & submitting it to the GID Administrator. The nomination form must be signed by two registered electors. Nominations will close 14 days prior to the AGM.
